    This is a fantastic salad! I hadn't anticipated how delicious it was going to be, though I did prefer it before the walnuts went in. It even tasted great without the lentils. It's a bit of a faff to make - a lot of chopping, and I didn't even cut things as finely as the author. Added half an orange which needed using up and reduced olive oil quantity by half. Must remember to bring this to a picnic or make as part of a spread for guests.
