    Can substitute Aleppo pepper for ground cayenne pepper, and white wine vinegar for Champagne vinegar.

    I actually liked this more before the tahini dressing went on (wouldn’t really call it a glaze). The dressing is nice, but it does turn everything soggy after a while, especially the leftovers. Next time I’d serve these separately.
