Recipe appears under "What to do with the leftovers: a short consideration", toward the middle of page 272. See recipe for variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Fermented hot sauce

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Kind of a do your own thing, clean out the vegetable drawer recipe.I added eggs to the stir fry and used her suggestion of adding water to the fermented hot sauce. Turned out great !

Instead of pork belly, I used left over pork loin roast from New Year’s Day. I got a bag of Rainbow Veggie Slaw, which had broccoli, cauliflower , kale and cabbage in the reduced produce section and threw it in the stir fry. I also scrambled a few (3) eggs in the pan and mixed through after cooking the veggies and before adding the rice. No measurements are noted so I just winged it. Came out great!. Honestly, I’ve made Pork Fried Rice many times and never use a recipe.
