    I cooked two large sweet potatoes for 25 minutes, with the 10 minute natural pressure release suggested. The potatoes came out very tender--almost like a puree. Too tender, honestly. I had planned to try the recipe again (this time doing 20 minutes instead of 25), but I did some research, and I now feel that the recipe calls for too much water (6 cups). This amount of water means the potatoes are boiling, not steaming, which will reduce nutrition. So I won't do this recipe again.
