Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The headnote says "fierce chilli kick" - trust and believe. I used 2tsp instead of 1 1/2 tbs chilli powder, and I used the relatively mild Kashmiri chilli powder, and it almost melted my face. Brilliantly well-balanced aside from that, and I really like that it's a fish curry without coconut milk. Next time I will use 1tsp chilli powder. I used mackerel but I think it would be delicious with prawns. 19/4/22 ETA did it with prawns. Delicious. 1tsp chilli was still a bit on the edge for us for heat - 1/2tsp chilli next time.
