Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    You'd think I'd know how to make good roasted broccoli at this point in my life but no apparently I do not! When I used the tips from this recipe, my broccoli came out 1000 times better than usual, as did the carrots I tried afterwards. I think I had been crowding the pan too much and using too small pieces.
