Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I like this recipe as it is one pot. However I did double the mushrooms and added thyme while they cooked. I added an extra T of APF, an extra ? c wine in the deglaze, beef instead of chicken broth and some Spanish Paprika shortly before serving.

    This was just ok. We thought was a little bland. We ended up adding parmesan to boost the flavor a bit.
