    Great broth recipe. I would leave out the rosemary next time and modify the herbs for a more neutral tasting broth, but this was very good. Will repeat.

    Made this with only about half of the chicken bones from two roasted chickens, but the same amount of water. Colour and taste wise it turned out nice, also it was the first time my bone broth turned out completely gelatinised!
