    Fantastic! We would have liked a bit more more “sour”, but this was still a delicious soup. I made just a couple substitutions based on what I had. I used cremini mushrooms instead of baby bella, gochujang in place of chili-garlic sauce, water chestnuts in place of bamboo shoots and I left out the tofu as we’re not fans of tofu. My husband had three helpings the first night, it’s that good. It would be a great soup if you had a cold as it’s spicy (but not too spicy). Great soup, will definitely be making again.
