    This was so delish. I added broccoli before the last step. This one’s a keeper!

    This is easy but much too sweet. When I think of bourbon chicken, I think of chicken pieces that are seared and have a glaze clinging to it. This was so brothy as to be almost like a stew. To improve the experience of eating this, I recommend a lot of chopped, fresh scallion when serving, and maybe some heat, like chili peppers and maybe a little more acid.

    Yum!! I made this in my 3-qt Instant pot, following the recipe exactly. It was perfect with lots of sauce (thickish, just like I wanted). Perfect over rice. Quite a few ingredients, but I had almost all because I do a fair amount of Asian cooking. Just had to pick up bourbon. Really good, and I will definitely make it again.
