    Bookmarked mostly for the excellent nut roast recipe (substitute walnuts for the hazelnuts). First cooked Christmas 2020. The red cabbage (add dried cranberries) and vegetarian gravy (cut the veg in mirepoix - don't discard them) are also excellent.
