    Mine didn’t look as appetizing as the book photo, but a nice bean dip.

    This was easy, tasty, and very popular with my boys, if you use the hot, sweet pickled jalapeños from Trader Joe’s, like I did, you might want to either increase the amount or just scatter them over the top.
