    Can substitute yellow onions for Spanish onions, and chuck steak for beef stewing steak.

    This dish was absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe exactly except used 2 1/2 lbs of boneless stew beef and used 1/4 cup of sweet Hungarian paprika instead of 2 T. I also served it over mashed potatoes as we’re not fans of egg noodles,with peas on the side (I love peas). Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavour was SO good. This will definitely be a repeat.
