Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is really good. I found the right style of fava beans at the international grocery store. I used fresh mint and didn't get a strong mint flavor, so maybe dried is actually better. I crushed the beans roughly with the back of a wooden spoon as I stirred, which I think is a better texture. Served with pita chips, olives, veggies, and salad for dinner. Would be great with hard boiled eggs too.
