Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was okay, but it did leave me a bit underwhelmed. I halved the recipe - 6 portions is more than enough for us. Didn't have kale in, so left that out, but might try and add some greens to the leftovers. I happened to have sour cream in and served the soup with it - I didn't like it and it also made the broth look quite unpleasant. I used a can of chickpeas and one of cannellini beans, and also added half a can of chopped tomatoes (all suggestions in the recipe notes). Next time I would leave the pasta out, I dislike how it soaks up liquid and becomes really soft in soup (especially the leftovers). Don't think I will make this one again.
