    I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and roasted at 400 for 35 minutes. Easy and full of delicious flavor! I served it in pita with yogurt, feta, lettuce, and radish.

    I use boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of poussins, roast at 400 for about 35 minutes. This is so easy and so tasty. The herbs and lemon slices add a lovely freshness with the spices. I usually serve this with roasted butternut squash (sometimes with a bit of coriander tossed with it before roasting) and couscous with currants. A special seeming meal that takes almost no time to make.
