Can substitute date molasses for grape molasses.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious - loved the flavors from the seeds and spices. Lighter than a bagel, with a thin, slightly crisp exterior and soft interior. Still, we ate them like bagels, lightly toasted with cream cheese. Any savory topping you'd put on a bagel would be great on these (cheese, egg, avocado, etc.). They were quicker to make than bagels.

Used black treacle - worked fine. Great recipe. Seems a lot of yeast but good result. Really good bread. Little light on salt for me - would prefer nearer 8g to 10g which is closer to proportions normally use in most bread recipes
