    Very nice and quick to pull together. She doesn't say to, but I peeled them. I put them in a casserole, which was not a good idea, as they were too crowded to cook properly. After some remedial action, they cooked almost in time and were delicious. Just a bit sweet for us - I might reduce the honey a touch, or add lemon. I'll repeat.
