    Can substitute tofu, seitan, or portobello mushrooms for tempeh; and vegetables of your choice for green beans.

    This comes together easily. Would recommend using good quality tahini. We used tofu instead of tempeh. I added a little chili oil. Not popping with flavor but a reliable dish to make.
