    Made just the steaks tonight. Very easy. Doesn't give you the sear a skillet would, but the steaks are attractively brown and there's some nice pan sauce. Perfectly cooked with good texture. My husband called it a bit teriyaki for his taste, but to me it wasn't very sweet.
