Bucatini with pancetta and tomatoes (Bucatini all'Amatriciana) from Classic Italian Recipes - 75 Signature Dishes (page 53) by Anna Del Conte

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute spaghetti or linguine pasta for bucatini pasta.

I actually used fusilli paesani because I couldn't find bucatini. This is a recipe we really like because of its simplicity, only using about 5 ingredients, but it is very flavoursome. I only changed it a bit and added some garlic, smoked paprika and Aleppo chili flakes. You can basically make the sauce while you boil the water for the pasta and it all comes together in about 30 minutes. Lovely meal for a cold winter day.....
