Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This isn't quite the same as a proper risotto, but for a weeknight when I can't face standing at the hob and stirring for half an hour, it's a great option. I made half the recipe, which was perfect for 2 people. I also tried it with mascarpone when I didn't have Boursin (with an extra garlic clove at the start), which worked well
