Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was short on time and this was a delicious pantry meal. I fell in love with Amatriciana in Rome and never find a recipe to match the pasta I had there but this satisfied the craving.

    Not for me. None of us liked this, the sauce is basically just passata as the salami doesn’t lend much flavour, and the salami is chewy and fatty. It could be that we just don’t like this type of salami though.
