    I was lucky to find some Scottish smoked trout on offer today so made this lovely salad. The flavours here are so complementary, great balance of pickles, smoky fish, lactic creme fraiche, crunchy bread - many different textures. I really enjoyed it and would serve it as a starter in summer months to guests.
