Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made this a while ago and followed the recipe & method to the letter. Found it a bit of a faff and the amount of sugar (150 grams) was just plain ludicrous. This time I made a half batch. Melted the chocolate (Green & Black 70%) in a double boiler and added it to the hot cream, milk and vanilla mixture stiring to fully incorporate. Cooled it then churned in a magimix Gelato Expert on ice-cream setting. Would do this method again rather than the listed one. I did at 15 grams of caster sugar but wouldn't in future. Good basic Chocolate Ice-Cream recipe that show cases how much better home made is than even supposed 'Premium' factory made shop bought is.
