Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I started making this within an hour of the postie delivering the book. It's a terrific coffee ice cream and so easy. No custard base, just double cream. I used plant based double cream (dairy intolerance) which was every bit as good as real cream. Now looking at my other favourite ice cream recipes to adapt them.
