Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We weren't huge fans of this, I think we cut the potatoes a bit too thinly as they had no bite to them. Probably would not do again.

    A simple and classic dish. Method in the book is a bit off- add veg at the end of pasta cooking, and drain all at once to save time and washing. Family loved it
