    Make sure to use thick cut bacon! I accidentally used a pretty thin bacon and the sugar overpowered it. Still so good and will try again with thick cut!

    This bacon is sooooo good! We had just a couple of half slices left but it still worked. Tured out flavorful and crispy

    Coated the bacon by tossing each piece in a bowl of the sugar pepper mixture. Request for more black pepper, will add 1/2 tsp more next time

    This bacon is fantastic. Family devoured it. Used just a pinch of red pepper flakes.
