    I'm kind of with meggan on this one. The coloring was weird, and the chicken pieces as described (2" x 1"? really?) were very time consuming to wrap in the nori and I wound up with kind of bland gray colored popcorn chicken. It was certainly edible, and even enjoyable when dipped in Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, but was also beaten out in taste by a McNugget, which is never good. Not sure why this recipe was a dud. The three others from this book (spam musubi, coconut shrimp, pork belly adobo) were all fantastic.

    Yuck. I ended up with grayish colored chicken with some gross breading. I followed the directions exactly.
