    Delicious. Love the mochiko flour to coat the shrimp. In a positive way, it gives the faint vibe of a highly elevated walnut honey shrimp from Panda Express but with a considerably better flavor. I lazied out on creating the coconut candy and just sprinkled sweetened coconut on the top. But the combo of rice flour and club soda was perfect!
