Can substitute a mixture of stone-ground pastry flour, stone-ground rye flour, and stone-ground bread flour for Carolina Ground Trinity Blend flour.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I loved this recipe. It turned out much better than other versions of fig newtons I’d tried. My only suggestion is to roll the dough out not to the rectangle as listed but get it to that size and then make thinner. It turned out nearly twice as thick as I’d want.
