    I'm trying to use up some of the produce that has been lurking at the back of the freezer and this recipe was a great way to consume the tub of cooked beans (variety unknown) and a huge pile of gluten-free breadcrumbs. I couldn't find any heads of new season garlic in the shops here yet, so made do with some shredded wild garlic leaves which added a subtle flavour. Quite enjoyable but not a stand out recipe.
