Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Easy to make and fairly tasty. I used whole wheat fusilli and it worked fine. Forgot to put in the nutmeg but didn’t think it needed it.

    This was really easy, and we enjoyed the resulting dish. Making it all in one pot was nice! I wasn’t sure I’d like the nutmeg in there, but it was quite subtle and blended nicely with the other flavors.

    This was good but not a favorite. I do like the technique of cooking the pasta with the ingredients, as it creates a nice, creamy sauce. But my family doesn't love eggplant and I'm not sure this is the recipe to convert them.
