    To be honest, was a little bland, even when I used more Parmesan than the recipe called for -- perhaps because I used very little of the sugar snap peas?

    Simple ingredients, but a nice combination of textures and flavors. I loved the lemony brightness of this dish. The only issue was slightly overcooking the squash & snap peas waiting for the water to return to a boil. Would have preferred more crunch with the snap peas, but still a very appealing dish.
