Pear custard pie from Everyday Food - Great Food Fast (page 256) by Martha Stewart Living

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was very easy to make and excellent! I used 4 smallish ripe pears - there were slippery so I couldn't arrange them in a pretty manner, but it didn't matter because it was tasty!

Love this fall dessert. Easy, comforting. Have made this many times and served to a wide variety of palates, all with success

This is so easy! Make sure your pears are nice and ripe - if they're hard, they won't soften in the oven like apples would.
