Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    While I'm not going to kid myself into thinking this recipe is healthy, I do appreciate the approach and am trying to incorporate whole grains into my baking.This bread was very moist and delicious, but I did underbake it a tad so I would say listen to Giada and give it the full amount directed. I baked at 65 minutes and it was very moist but a bit crumbly.
