    Brine and flavor was good but turkey needed a bit more moistness (mostly user-error related to regulating heat probably). Regulate heat and perhaps use a different liquid in the drip pan or cook with the turkey inside the drip pan for extra moistness (though will obviously mean skin isn't as crispy).
