    This soup reminds me a lot of the ones in the Fast 800 books that I've been making. It's pretty good, albeit a bit too heavy on the tomato side for me. Might leave out one can and replace with stock next time. Otherwise quick and simple to do. Added optional veg (carrot, celery, red pepper).
