Can substitute turkey mince for chicken mince. See recipe for how to cook without a BBQ.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We grilled these and they were absolutely great!

I used the oven method described in the recipe. The kofta had lots of moisture loss and didn't brown. They were very bland and we didn't even finish them. It's an easy and quick recipe so I'd give it another try on the grill.

Delicious! Will make again. So delicious as leftovers. I was skeptical about the lime but it elevated and gave a great twist
