Allow to marinate for 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Can substitute tamari for gluten-free soy sauce, a mixture of gluten-free miso paste and gluten-free Sriracha sauce for gluten-free Chinese chile bean sauce, and chicken breasts for beef rib-eye steaks.
