Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Have been trying different gougere recipes all year. The clean up work making them in the food processor is a bit messier than the mixer but these are delicious! Beautiful golden colour & light & flavourful. Baking method was also superior to other methods (especially the tip of using a double cookie sheet so the bottoms did not burn (or get overly dark!).
