Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The flavours in the sauce worked well with the courgette, but the instructions telling you to cut the courgette and halloumi into batons 1cm wide led to pieces that were far too small to be skewered without breaking apart on the grill. They will be much larger pieces if I make this again.
