    Have made this multiple times, flavoursome and easy. I always go with the longer cook time to thicken the sauce.

    I didn't have quite as many mushrooms as I thought (some started deteriorating), but that didn't really affect the dish--it was still substantial. Part of a 4-dish "Meal Plan" recommendation found in the back of the book.
