    I was very sceptical going into this recipe & as I had predicted, even with the lid ajar, the slow cooker seems to steam the muesli, meaning that it doesn't have a crisp texture. I strongly suspect that storing this for a week as per the author's note will not have a good outcome. Also, for the 2 hours of 'stirring occasionally', you could have had this done & dusted within 30-45 mins in an oven, so I'm not sure why you'd bother with a slow cooker at all.
