    This was very enthusiastically enjoyed by both of us. I could easily eat the bulgar on its own with a spoonful of yogurt, it’s delicious! I made a few minor tweaks, chopping the shallots into thick slices rather than cooking them whole and adding a bit of cinnamon to the marinade and the bulgar. Update: I had a bit of the bulgar wheat left over and had it as a salad the next day, added some tomato, spring onion, feta, some parsley and a spritz of lemon juice - delicious!!
