    I've made a lot of versions of roasted broccoli from my books and not surprisingly, we also liked this one. However, I could not bring myself to put the pine nuts on the pan for the full roasting time at 425, (way too expensive to risk burning!), so I toasted them on the stovetop & sprinkled them onto each serving.
