    Errata (supplied by EYB Member): The recipe indicates halving the number of dates and soaking half, then cutting the others into pieces. However, the cut up dates are left out of the rest of the recipe (presumably they simply go in with the rest of the fruit and nuts). The recipe also indicates that it will make 8 bars of about 85g each, but that number was way off (made about 6.5)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are delicious and so versatile. Don’t have dried apricots, use only dates, no cashews use sunflower seeds, only walnuts, also ok. These will be my go-to power bars from now on.
