Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was really good and the first recipe I've tried from this book. The balsamic shrimp was delicious and easy. The roast veg were also good, although a bit bland. Only down side is that there is a lot of prep (peeling shrimp, slicing veg) and there are multiple pans.

    Quick, easy, and really delicious. Healthy and flavorful. Only change I made was to use my usual farro prep recipe from Six Seasons. We’ll have this one again.
