Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    How have I never made this before? So quick to make and super tasty. I looked through a few recipes and most called for white wine, I chose this because it uses Marsala in the sauce and it was a good move. My beloved was crying out for potatoes to go with, he’s onto something, potatoes would have been a perfect match
