Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Next time I would use a bit less oil, but otherwise this is fabulous. I was going to serve it with a dish of cabbage with black vinegar but when I realised the ingredients were largely the same, I just added the cabbage to the tofu. Also: read the recipe. It says to cook the noodles for two to three minutes "or according to instructions" - according to the packet my noodles took 10 minutes.
